Which bits are you having trouble with - CPC module 2 by any chance? Been through it a few months back, so might be able to help, although a few more details would be handy.
When did you pass car test + LGV C test
It might help people to help you if you said what trouble you’re having.
If you have a pre 1997 car licence you can’t book the initial CPC on-line, well not unless they’ve fixed it anyway.

+1 - It’s a right ball ache as the ‘system’ will not allow acquired rights drivers to register for test online. Complete joke. Pearsons had to make a entitlement request to DVLA which took 7 days.
7 days? That was quick - took me over a month to get them to just book it, including complaining to the DVSA which was about as useful as Pearsons. Everything takes 10 days which means about 30 days to get it booked, unless you complain then some of the magical 10 days turn into 3 hours…if you can find someone there who’s got a clue.

I did complain … I was told it was a DVLA issue as they specified the software/program…
Getting heard was like trying to find hens teeth.
