Info req`d on fatal RTA thursday

Can anyone shed some light on fatal RTA that happened on Thursday in wales. Where a truck driver was killed after he slipped and fell into the path of another truck while securing his load of steel that had worked loose. The person in question is a neighbour, & someone who Ive worked with on occasion. As I have just been given the news by his Grandson, & without wishing to cause alarm to his family, Id like to find out some more details, so that I can pass on the sad news to others who knew & worked with him. I`ve searched the web for links to news stories etc but I was unable to find much info

All I can add would be the location which was told to me by one of our blokes. As you head North from Newport, you pass the golf course and drop down the hill past the big lay by. Well apparently he was in the next lay by.

The steel can be a bit of a mare.

I’ve had a driver pulling his sheet over on a bulker slip and fall backwards into my path before but luckily I was a good distance away but had he done it 4 or 5 seconds later then it would have been touch and go.
