How easy, or otherwise, is it to get a licence to drive a historic 15 tonne rigid 3 axle wagon for non-commercial use? Additionally, as it is non-commercial use, would need a tachograph?

It seems to say that you could drive a Thornycroft Mighty Antar and it’s low loader trailer,so long as it’s not loaded,on a car licence.

Only if it’s over 25 years old otherwise you need one as the private use exemption is limited to 7.5t.
