Info for driving a Historic 15 tonne rigid 3 axle wagon

Strange question, I know:

How easy, or otherwise, is it to get a licence to drive a historic 15 tonne rigid 3 axle wagon for non-commercial use? Additionally, as it is non-commercial use, would need a tachograph?
TIA

Does it fall into any of these categories

goods vehicles manufactured before 1 January 1960, used unladen and not drawing a laden trailer

It seems to say that you could drive a Thornycroft Mighty Antar and it’s low loader trailer,so long as it’s not loaded,on a car licence. :open_mouth:

Only if it’s over 25 years old otherwise you need one as the private use exemption is limited to 7.5t.
