In Roman times they used a sponge on a stick

Van driver fined £300 for being a tonne over on bog roll!

Tell the missus to avoid the Blackwall after Tesco’s or just buy a sponge from Halfords.

Cheers

“SOME” people just run water down their back and clean up with their left hand, hygiene at its best, I think not… :open_mouth: :unamused:

The driver should have been fined twice as much for stockpiling.

He’s probably hoping to sell them at an exaggerated price in a few weeks :unamused:

And then wash their feet, and think that’s enough…

I used to tip milk at Muller Manchester where the majority of the workers there are of that persuasion, there is a cubicle in the gents that is just for washing feet. One of the lads I worked with asked why there was a rack in the toilets with loads of little ‘watering cans’ on it. Toilet paper must be another custom that there is no interest in adopting

Worked in a factory where that persuasion would go and clean their feet in the sink before or after clearing their sinuses in the same receptical. Walked in a few times to hear them being called dirty ■■■■■■■■■ They would then roll there prayer mat out in the middle of the production line and get on their knees

Worked in a massive warehouse where there were about 3 out of 600, fairly new build warehouse was complete with prayer room, hole in the ground type toilet and feet washer. ■■■■■■■ madness

They oft times have a bucket of water with a chamois leather in it . Its for the use of with the left hand. Hence left handed folk are called cack handed !. I cant understand why bidet toilets aren’t in general use as they must be much more hygienic.

Looking at that photo, they aren’t toilet rolls. Looks more like paper rolls for hand drying and possibly kitchen rolls. Probably a janitorial supplier. Just another piece of sensationalist journalism.
