what are/would the implications be on a cpc holder of a company going into liquidation,if any??can the cpc holder simply start again the next day with another company■■?

unless the CPC holder has done things that would bring his/her repute into question, then there would be no comeback on him/her
just because the company has gone ■■■■ up, doesn’t mean it is/was the fault of the CPC holder, there could be any number of factors
Depends if the cpc holder has other role in failed business.
the only implications for the cpc holder would be the same as every other employee, he’d be looking for another job.
but if he was a director, and there was a suspicion that he or any of the other directors had been up to no good, then he may be investigated.
one thing that middle management should be careful of is being offered a directorship for no good reason. i talked a salesman friend out of accepting one some years ago. my mate was a salesman for an electrical wholesalers, then one day the MD offered him a directorship, my mate was over the moon, but i told him to hang on and do some homework. the MD was soon doing 12 months for long firm fraud. my mate could have ended up doing the time instead of the MD.
