I have been out and about most of the day at Donington Park watching a few bikes race round 
Because of the noise, I missed my phone ringing, 3 missed calls 
When I got home, another missed call on 1471.
Anyway while I was in the pub the phone rang again. It was my ex traffic planner wishing me well in my new job 
He was on holiday last week and didnt know I had left the company.
These calls were not made from work, it was his own personal phone from France.
I also got the normal “keep in touch, you know where we are” treatment from my UK boss on Friday.
It is better than burning bridges
