"I'm going to report you, mate."

Oh, the joys of retirement!

No drama about the occasional scrape on the truck, and a collision with a vehicle normally just requires an assessment

Perhaps…

It would have been best to hit him then?

According to you, it’s less hassle.

The next time …Smile  for the birdy, and thank him, Think what you may to yourself. (hmm, another ■■■■■■!!!) :grimacing:

So, I’ve just had a member of the public threaten to report me, and to be fair I’m probably in the wrong,

Seems like you’ve got three options then,
1, chill the ■■■■ out and don’t worry about something you cant control.
2, keep stressing like a teenage girl with a new spot on her face.
3, never drive a truck again.

It should have been resolved with a hands up sorry mate and replied with a no worries, crap happens. Instead mr road warrior gets up in arms threatening the op, no doubt getting the back up of the op and the whole thing escalates.

No damage, no injuries, no worries. Simple.

National express Hi-vis… in his own car… says it all. Bus driver… recent event: going round a roundabout, got to the lights about 300 yards further on when a Stagecoach 6 wheeler pulls up along side. Driver toots and waves so, wondering what he wants I wind the window down.

“You nearly took the front off my bus!!”

“Pardon?”

“You nearly took the front off my bus with your trailer, when you came off that roundabout back there!”

I will leave the rest of the conversation up to TNCSI
