For my head to grasp it I need to keep it simple (if I had a brain I’d be dangerous my mam always said, bless her cottons)
week 1 = 45
week 2 = 24
week 3 = 45
week 4 = 24
week 5 = 45 + 21
week 6 = 24
week 7 = 45 + 21
week 8 = 45
week 9 = 45 + 21
week 10 = etc etc etc
is that about the gist of it?
