No, because your driving time resets after your rest period.
In any event, you wouldn’t be able to start at 03:00, drive for ten hours and finish at 14:15 because you wouldn’t be able to fit two 45 minute breaks into that timescale.
You couldn’t start at 03:00 and finish at 14:15 having driven for 10 hours, 4:30 driving 0:45 break 4:30 driving 0:45 break 1:00 driving total 11 hours 30 minutes you’d be finishing at 14:30.
I believe you could start at 23:45 (the day before) do the necessary vehicle checks (or grab a coffee, have a moan about the price of diesel to anyone who might listen) then leave the yard at 00:00 parking up 11 hours 30 minutes later for a quick 10 minute check for disintegrating tyres or loose wheel nuts before grabbing 9 hours sleep to start again at 20:40 do another 20 minute check to see if you still have enough diesel to drive for another 3 hours and crack on until 01:30 by which time you’ll need yet another 45 minute break…
So you could if you really wanted to drive for 13 hours.

If you’re on EU regulations the daily driving period is reset after a daily rest period.
If you’re on UK domestic regulations you can drive for a maximum of 10 hours in the period of 24 hours from the start of the shift.
On UK domestic regulations you’re restricted to 11 hours duty time in the period of 24 hours from the start of the shift.
