What is the point of having them if no one (almost) knows what they are or what the numbers represent?

They do need an explanation above each one. Local Council vanity project like the witches hats that do nothing to help visibility. That whole area is a pain in the ■■■ but it’s where the work is :slight_smile:

I’ve often worried at the wind on that elevated bit near stob arts and tesco wonder if anyone ever took the short cut over the wafer thin barriers!
