They will all crap in it.
It seems that these 14 major freight forwarders have been having cosy breakfast meetings to keep their toast well buttered.
A total fine of €169m was levied by the European Commission on 14 different forwarders, of which by far the largest fines were on Panalpina and Kuehne + Nagel for the “peak season surcharge” abuse, with the two companies paying €19.6m and €11.2m respectively. The two Swiss-based companies also paid other fines in some of the other cases as did companies such as UPS Supply Chain Solutions as, in the words of the EU, “an economic successor of Menlo Worldwide Forwarding”, Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, Schenker Limited “as an economic successor of BAX Global Ltd”, Expeditors and UTi. DHL Global Forwarding and to a lesser extent CEVA suffered reduced fines as they co-operated with the commission in the investigation of the cartels.
