The trampers would be up in arms. Even many of the 4 on 4 off guys hate it as “I get bored after 2 days and don’t know what to do with myself; may as well go to work” :unamused:

What we don’t want to see - is a 35 hour week spread over “any five from Sven”. :stuck_out_tongue: :stuck_out_tongue: :stuck_out_tongue: :stuck_out_tongue:

I’d put these people in the same bracket as those who have a big win on the Lottery yet refuse to give up their minimum wage job - Life is wasted on such people

They were ‘stressed’ after working 40 hours a week ■■? Poor babies !!! :unamused:

It does seem these days the norm to be expected to work longer hours and far more frequently than it used to be in a lot of jobs. Not to mention being expected to work overtime has increased where working overtime once upon a time used to be a personal choice.

Hi Four on Four off makes it look like an 8 day week ie rolling through the weekend ( no doubt with NO extra for it ) etc im sure it would suit some people but not others i myself would go for a four on 3 off fixed week ie sunday to wed or monday to thurs as this would be better for me

An 8 day week which over the year works out at far less working days than your preferred sunday to wed or monday to thurs. Genius!

Maybe, we’ll move to Mars, where a day is slightly longer than 24 hours - to facilitate working more than 24hrs per day…
