For starters it’d have automatic lights that turn on at dusk, the fog lights would be disabled, and an audible “warning woman driver reversing” alarm.

Ultimate woman driver mode. The wheels would lock up disabling the car from being used. Could have an ejection seat too.
A jammer would disable mobile phone signals when being driven.
On Wednesday my wife decided to rear end a skip truck and wonders how her car (VW Beetle) came off worst !! (knocked the rear under run bar off ffs). She is now using one of mine so would like a 3 phase jolt of electric if she even thinks about doing something daft in it.

Wot from the truck or her VW ? if the later then No 'cos hers is a 1600cc petrol, but … she is now driving a 10 plate 2ltr diesel Passat 
so now helping to wipe out humanity as it’s one of ‘those’. The car has only done just over 45k miles and the exhaust pipe is as clean as the day it came out of the factory, so proves the DPF and the Adblue system is workin if nowt else
