Anyone seen this nob jockey in his little car with 2 Scottish flags on the roof and a Reg plate in rear window that says ICEMAN?
He pulls in front of you leaving about a 3 foot gap and indicates as if you have just flashed him in, sits there for a few mins then speeds off to the truck in front and does it again.
