working week thingy - max 60 hours

Is that based on Monday to Sunday, or to my working week

Started Thursday, have done 45 hours so far (lucky me) - working tonight, will be at least a 10 hour shift

am i right in thinking i cannot work Tuesday, as this would put me over 60 hours in MY working week, but obviously not in the Monday/Sunday period.

You’ve nothing to worry about mate as the WTD regulations state that you should work no more than 60 hours in any week which is 00:00 Monday to 24:00 Sunday.

Ta, I thought i could - not been an issue till just lately, when i have been getting more and more work - have even had to start checking the 17 week period for averages!!

Sods law of course, not now working Tuesday, as am needed Wed evening onwards - I just need sleep now :slight_smile:
