I put this question on another site!

dri-diddly-iver:
He should have had 30 minutes before 15:00

 got that mixed up. (working between 6 & 9)

All ok, he hasn’t worked more than 6 hrs with a break

His second driving break needs to be 30 mins

Looks legal to me

ok m8 lotta confusion on this but if u had done 4hrs25min driving u needed 45mins rest .

Dude, rest and break are different things and he’s got another 5 minutes driving left before he needs a break for the tacho regs.

No break needed till he hits 4 hrs 30 mins.

no its 4.5 4 hours 30 not 4hrs25.

I’m enjoying this , but hopefully I’ll be getting a green light soon and I’m outa here.

It’s utter confusion.

guys this has nothing to do with E.U. tachograph regulations this question is only about RTD working time don’t try and confuse the issue. :sunglasses: :sunglasses: :sunglasses:
that’s why I said he does not drive more than 4.25 for the whole duty period!!!

bald bloke:
He hasn’t done anything wrong.

He is wrong because he should have had a 30 min break by 12 noon and another 30min break 6 hour after that first break finished am i right ?

Well it’s says he’ took 15 min bbreaks at the times he should have accumulated at least 30 mins as WTD says 30 min break for every 6 hours consecutive work… have I got the wrong end of the stick ?

Perfectly legal. I have done similar. He didn’t need to have his 2nd 15 min break before 3pm because his shift is longer than 9 hours.

Yeah you picked up the ā– ā– ā– ā– ā– ā–  end!!

In the first post the breaks could have been like this …
0600 - 1200 work
1200 - 1220 break
1220 - 1820 work
1820 - 1845 break
1845 - 2100 work

Or this …
0600 - 1200 work
1200 - 1215 break
1215 - 1815 work
1815 - 1830 break
1830 - 2030 work
2030 - 2045 break
2045 - 2100 work

Yeah you picked up the [zb] end!!

[Zb] knows then can someone explain to me how you can have 15 min breaks every 6 hours because I think he should be having 30 minutes worth within that time period
