I am startin a new job soon multi dropping, the guys who are in the job at present all use a tom tom im not sure which model but it looks like i have to get one 
ive never beena fan of them !!!.
What one would any of you recommend I get and are they all comaptible I.E. Can i just download all the info from the other guys on to mine?.

you might be better going for a dedicated unit. One things for sure on multidrop work satnav beats paper maps anyday.
Whichever one you get, make sure it has the Ozzy Osbourne voice chip

Iām really happy with my Tomtom 910. I bought it a soon as they came down to Ā£400 (from Ā£500) although you can get them for much less than that now, definately less than Ā£300 now!!!
