Today I started my my new job and my flaming Tachocard has an error and gets rejected. Thats 3 in 2 years! Come on DVLA give me one that works!

Yes keep it well separated from any other card.
i store it in the pocket of my clipboard, nowhere near my bank card or any other cards. I’m starting to think I’m jinxed!
Funny, I don’t have this problem with my cards. Mainly cos they’re analogue.

try changing the mode switch before inserting the card.
my tacho defaults to rest when you switch the ignition off.
if I change it to work,before I put my card in…it rejects it.
