3 Infringement in it 
I wasnt driving on the Road on that Days,but i was shunting and made a manuel entry at start of next Shift,and Software which deals with scanned Tacho data doesnt accepts a only 30 min Break over the Time of 12 hour Shift.

I would have taken a 45 minute break.
or a fifteen mins followed by a 30.

30 minute break in total for between 6 and 9 hours of work. Forty-five minutes for over 9 hours work.

surely if he was yard shunting then it would be other work for the complete shift, and anyway the wtd or tacho regs don’t apply anyone can shunt on private land you don’t even need a licence, i wouldn’t of put my card in just do a manuel print out end of shift for 12 hours other work if required, then if sent letter send it back asking what the heck they are on about

You normally have to sign for infringements in the office, but if you’re a remote depot, they’ll post them to you
Well,Yes.I believe im not a Mobile Worker when im shunting.Its other Work and WTD for Mobile worker doesnt apply if im not during that Shift afterwards on the Road,but i have to do a Manuel Entry if i dont do a 48 hour break before im next on the Road,as it counts towards the 48 hour regulation.
Now,i did a 30 Hour Break and then Driving,so i made a Manuel Entry.Basta,but no.
i didnt think on that,but if i had i couldnt put a break in place i didnt do.
