I believe it’s also “bustable” to have open food in the cab, twiddling with the radio, switching on an MP3 player, and winding down a window - because they are all distractions apparently.
It’s a shame Chief Justice Judge Sensible couldn’t just pass a law making it illegal to have actual communication devices and a 3 course meal in the cab… Would have made a lot more sense really eh?
comes up on the vehicle telemetry system … does on the DAF and if you have the tracking kit stuff fitted

another way round it is
Slap the CC on as soon as you can at the lowest speed possible then use your foot and normal … the system registers use of the CC at a higher %

On the MAN’s if you Overspeed the CC for more than a minute, it switches off.
(Not sure about other makes ?)

That’s what I do in the Merc; startvrolling, hit resume, put the exhaust brake straight on and continue driving on the pedal. Voila, 100% score everytime.
