I worked for them a few years ago.
The kit is now decent and the chilled work is clean enough however, until you get your own vehicle there’s a good chance you’ll be cab hopping even as a Tramper (sometimes 3 hops a week).
The planning needs sorting out- there were times i’d be asked to park up at 11am for a Midnight start (having only started at 5am).
On the plus side all parking is paid for and on the whole they are a half decent bunch…
