What is a “Tranker”?
Simple, similar to a tripper or trautliner trailer but with a trank on it instead. 
Looks as though he was taken ill, hopefully nothing life threatening?

I’ve just listened to one of the managers from the car dealership tell a radio reporter " This happens on a frequent but not regular basis,this is the 2nd one in the three years I’ve been here".
I wouldn’t call that frequent.
I’d call it regular enough that i wouldn’t want to be the car cleaner out front.
That was nice of them to go & check on the driver, most people wouldn’t give a zb about the drivers welfare…

That’ll be about two of them then - if the video is anything to go by. Busted the wing on one, and dented the arse of another. Twenty grands worth of damage. Gottit.

“Frequent” for the hard-of-English means “more than once in living memory”.
