Does anyone on here currently work for Hoyer at Manchester? I’ve got an interview next week, I was wondering what the rota’s are like and if a lot of the reviews I’ve read are actually true?

Why not speak to them direct and ask or wait for the interview and ask? I wouldn’t put too much emphasis on revews from others. You tend to get the bad reviews only and happy drivers tend not to give any reviews at all. Plus different people are more suited to different driving jobs. Those who don’t like a paticular role tend to give a bad review. You might like it and so what difference does someone who doesn’t like it make to you? Use your own judgement on jobs.

Okay, to cut a long story short. I start there next week. Salary and rota are good for me so I’m taking the reviews with a pinch of salt. I’ve not come across anyone who runs out of Manchester yet though so any kind of heads up would be much appreciated

I’m in my 6th year with Hoyer. Take the reviews with a pinch of salt. Keep an eye on your wages each month as the online system they use is crap. Keep your head down and do it like you’ve been shown and you will have no problems.
