I got forgotten about in Portugal for two weeks,as they only load exports from Porto in the north on friday nights,i was down in Lisbon,on the Cascais/Estoril coast,they did not phone me to head to Porto,so i did not bother too.So not loading that week.
Free showers in the camp site,cheeky i know,saw about 7 new film releases in the cinema,sat on the beach.
When ready to roll again,i had enough energy and stamina to drive all week without stopping at night.
Used to hate it in the UK but have no probs driving for 11 or 13 hrs of the day over here not as much of the traffic problems as you guys find it easy to do 1k kms a day 10 hour break up and crack on again lol
Same as what limeyphil said. The more physical the shift, the more I feel like doing. RDC work or flipping TNT night runs are a killer though!
