Evening Guys how wide is daf cf unit or how wide is an average unit
Sure it’s 8’2"
i think ours are marked at 2.55m it could be 2.45 but im not at work at moment so can’t check.
Standard permitted width of a trailer is 2.5m or 2.6m if it’s refridgerated. CF cab isn’t quite as wide as the trailer.
Just measured the Actros that We’ve got on Demo for 2 weeks & it’s- 253cm + 56cm for the mirrors.
The MAN TGX I usually drive is- 250cm + 66cm for the mirrors.
They are both 4 Mtrs high to the top of the wind deflector (at normal ride height)
