I think your asking how to tip the cab on a 440 Scania . If so the handles / levers are under the front grill and the pump is located through a hole on the bumper at the passenger side front corner .
If I’ve got it wrong and you want to know how to hijack a truck - I don’t know - I’m not that desperate to drive one .
I think he on about the panic button in some Scania you press it and Im guessing the lights flash and the horn beeps

Make sure you move anything in the cab that could fly into the windscreen, dont go under the cab until all the way forward (you keep pumping the handle then it kind of swings forward) and on some trucks you need to open the grill before you tilt it, on the way back sometimes you mite have to lever the bit that it sits in so it can fall into the catch.

I got that button on the key on my car, don’t half make you jump when you knock it by accident!

On my scania you open top and bottom grill and the jack lever goes on the passenger side off the bumper behind a round plastic cab however there is a little valve to turn with your finger first found this out whilst phoning scania to kick off that the cab won’t jack on the new lorry we just got from them felt a bit of a ■■■ when the bloke said have u flicked the switch down oops! (Naturally I said “well obviously”)
