Sorry to say but its the era we are living in, dashcam heroes at every turn, some even create drama to justify their dashcam ownership. Men are even turning into whinging women in a gender tretchery type way.
That said this twunter drivers actions where horrendous at best but back in the day it wouldnt even be bothered with, just another crap under pressure tipper driver. (Oh and I have done much worse).
One has to be amused at the employers angelic BS as they know they will be investigated as well. Bet some paperwork and tacho records are being deleted quicktime.

Strain is not good. This stuff may originate from a plant, but is created with chemical additives in crude lab environments.
Strain in this sense refers to varieties within plant, animal, micro-organisms, bacterium, fungi etc…I think.

NIMBY neighbourhood…
You see stuff worse than this involving tippers around the outskirts of London every day. I would never be acting in this manner though, since I’d be happy by holding up all the nimbys following behind me - as I follow @ 10mph the tunnel-visioned old git who doesn’t have to pass a medical to keep his licence often enough, clearly. 
Funny how everyone’s eyesight improves enough so that the entire neighbourhood “all saw clearly” this guys registration though eh?
(One person took it down, then gave it to everyone else on the neighbourhood watch list… When plod arrives, they all lie that “They” saw it in person!)
Boss at Hauliers can’t really demote or cut the culprit’s wages - since it might well be near on minimum wage already.
Dismissal also seems unlikely. He would be “hard to replace” not because of any driver shortage, but a shortage of drivers who live across the road from the yard, and can therefore take the haircut on the pay!
TM therefore has to impress on the law that this guy will be “severely punished” lest the company get “punished” instead.
It’s ‘Politics’ if it’s lied about, and ‘Religion’ if you believe the lies are true.
Find it hard to believe the obvious undercurrent of people condoning this. Does an extra job justify that sort of driving? I for one am glad of more people getting dash-cams, so these pricks can be named and shamed. If you drive responsibly and keep your head, then you have nothing to fear from dash-cams, speed cameras, VOSA, or psychotic bosses. Most drivers are their own worse enemies. That guy is going to prison if he hits anybody doing that. What job is worth that?

This type of downright dangerous driving really boils my blood. It is an absolute outrage that this kind of driver holds a licence. I see this kind of lunacy everyday out on the roads and the police don’t ever seen to do anything about it. There is no excuse for it at all, a car should never hold a truck up like that forcing the driver into an slightly questionable overtaking manouver
What’s to worry about? Unless you drive like that fool, in which case your days will be numbered. You cannot drive like that for very long before it all goes pear shaped.
Pictures and an article about an idiot like that, gives the general public the view that all lorry drivers are lunatics on the road.
It’d be interesting to know what the pay structure of Matthews Tippers actually is. Load bonus, shopping list of loads to do etc?
If the driver really was sacked (which in my opinion I doubt) that footage will guarantee him a job working for Arden, KSD, Thames Materials…
