previous company paid weekly in cash, untill the company secretary was held up with a shotgun and robbed.
Gave us a good opportunity to ask for cash incentive to go to bank transfer when he suggested it.

Monthly, on the 26th. any overtime calculated to the Friday before this date
Paid straight into bank account and if a bank holiday is a problem then it is paid in earlier rather than later.
All bills are monthly so makes it easier to keep track of the pennies.
It would be easier still if I could get all the bills payable on the same date. i.e. the 1st of the month.

We are paid monthly on the last friday of the month.
Prefer Monthly pay as it means mortgage and other bills can all be arranged to coincide to go out at the beginning of the month.
