I work full time. 6 on and 2 off then every 5 weeks I work 5 on and 3 off for 2 weeks then it’s begins again at 6 on and 2 off.

That’s what I keep asking myself but it’s what you have to put up with working with a compliant workforce in an area where jobs aren’t plenty full.

They’re breaking the law.

Join a union and tell them your concerns.

33 days , paid @11hrs a day and some sad gits don’t take all their days and lose them !

27 plus all bank holidays and weekends…all on full pay as we are salaried…This christmas i finish 7th Dec and go back 7th Jan…
