How much current does a truck engine use when starting?

Does anyone know how much power a truck engine (FH12, say) draws to spin the starter motor?

Yup only things like electric showers beat that and they require a whole wiring circuit of their own.

Don’t know the power bit, but i was told that it takes 15 or so minutes to replenish the batteries at tickover. :confused:
