Best ‘off the top of your head’ calculation is 50miles = 1hour the sc and motorways tend to average themselves out.
If your mostly doing sc and dc go for 45miles = 1 hour

I usually expect to do around 500 miles per day, Sometimes it’s a little less, Sometimes a little more, and sometimes i can’t be arsed.
