Quick question, am currently doing home delivery driving(3.5t vans)36hrs a week…
My hours are
Sunday 8-6
Monday 8-6
Tuesday 8-6
Friday 8-6
After not having much success at getting a permanent class C position anywhere due to being a massive nooooobie 
so have decided to do some agency work to get some experience. How many days/hours a week can I legally do? Sorry if this has been asked many times before. 
90 hours DRIVING in any two-week period.
Must not exceed 48 hrs WORKING over an average week (averaged out over 17 weeks).
Must not exceed 60 hrs WORKING in any one week.

As long as you have wed +thu off every other week with at least one day off on the weeks where the two days off are not taken with a max of 6 days work between those days off then you are good to go
Minimum 9 hours off between any two working shifts
Van driving counts as other work for the EU regs and needs recording as such

Wed - Driving (Can start at 3am)
Thu - Driving
Fri - 8-6
Sat - Off (Reduced weekly rest)

Tue - 8-6
Wed - Off
Thu - Off (Regular weekly rest)
Fri - 8-6
Sat - Off
Sun - 8-6 (6 days till next weekly rest if going back to Week 1)
Back to Week 1
Or every Saturday …
Mon - 8-6
Tue - 8-6
Wed - Off
Thu - Off
Fri - 8-6
Sat - Driving (Can start at 3am)
Sun - 8-6
Repeat
Not seeing a way of working more than 2 days every fortnight ■■
