For me it’s simple, Good kit, attracts good drivers, good drivers look after the kit and do the job properly. Which saves money. My dad (Ray) taught me 10 years ago when I started working for him to look after the drivers that look after you.

Good kit on its own attracts daft drivers. Good wages attract all drivers and you can pick the cream. But anyway if you have more applicants than positions then you can take on the best drivers.
