how many agency supply drivers to company where you work??Just Wonderful in some depo in normal not busy drivers come from 3-5 agency.what it is reason.every agency taked some charge.or it is some competition rules.
It’s like asking “how long is a piece of string”?
There isn’t a sensible answer, as there are far too many variables to take into account
Maybe three agencies, who’ll in turn sub to three more each, making a source of 9… you get the picture.
I keep seeing ads for signing up with “Delta Driver” in the Thames Estuary area, but hav yet to see any yellow high viz folk walking around with a big triangle on them, or actually the word “delta” or whatever…
Agency are ‘just in case’ a regular driver doesn’t turn up! Or just in case an important customer does have that load ready!!

If the “regular” driver is a full timer, then they are going to at least phone in sick. There are rules about giving more than 5 minutes notice when phoning in sick.
If the “regular driver” is in fact a regular casual or agency bod, then the food chain goes downhill as usual…
There are rather too many agencies out there who’s main task only ever seems to be replacing other agencies who didn’t show for some reason. This is why there’s a lot of “half hour notice” jobs being offered around out there, and very few “Would you like the next few weeks at Blogg’s & co’s yard on nights?” - Assuming that isn’t an offer for a shunter! 
Or just in case an important customer does have that load ready!
What kind of firm doesn’t already have enough regular drivers to cover the regular scheduled work■■?!

Delta have been around for quite a while now, they used to have another name which I can’t remember but I’ve seen a few hi viz folk around.
