I have occasion to use the road from junction 23a of the M4 quite frequently , mostly visiting the Tesco or Wilkinson RDC’s , I have noticed that they have been working on the access roads for what seems ages , at least since the Ryder Cup was in Newport & that was 2010 !! I was negotiating the myriad maze of cones recently when the traffic came to a halt near to where one of the titans of road construcion was working ( well actually he had his hands in his pockets talking to an equally keen looking workmate) when I asked him jokingly whether his company had anything to do with Michalangelo as this road seems to be taking longer than the sistine chapel, teh traffic started to move then so I didnt catch his answer , but I think the second word was off
