peterborough to valencia (1800km)a few times, malaga to vienne (1600km) regularly
north of paris to milan (1000km) a few times, munich to naples (1100km) a few times
Often travelled empty from near Sleaford, Linc’s to Casablanca, Morocco.
Approx 2,000mls or 3,200kms.
Moscow to Freiburg one trip & Convoy in Eire to Casablanca another time are my best offerings, oh & does Irlam to Reggio D’ Calabria with a 40’ skelly to load a lost open top box count? but after loading & a quick measure up I was over 4.5m so home empty!!! FH did nearly 10 mpg that trip yippee!!

was gonna go for beer tomorrow with ben and see if you fancied one but seems like i can save my money 
our lot have been buying trailers from zaragosa, we eithr run down solo and pick them up and empty back or solo to get them then onto something else, its a lovely weeks work getting them then back home!

I`ve heard of one going from Civitavecchia and also from Genoa to Barcelona, is there one from Naples / Southern Italy, or one that goes from Italy, across the Med around to Southern Spain or to the Algarve up the Portugese side?

Cannot match some of those posted but nevertheless running from Houston TX to Dinuba CA empty is a distance of 1800 miles. Received the instructions 1700 hrs on the Friday evening with an loading time of 0800 hrs Monday, so just a week-end to do that mileage.
Drove from Salisbury to Athens to collect a full house removal in 1996. Went via France, Switzerland, Italy (Brindisi), Greece (Patras).

yes it’s GNV from civitavecchia Bullitt, personally i’d rather drive it, but that doesn’t get you a weekly break of course, and anyway it’s not me doing it

Constanta - southampton empty semi low loader couple years ago.
Downton’s regularly used to send 10 or more a week empty from Gloucester to Monchengladbach, Macfarlanes also sent a similar amount out empty from Leeds.
