Should have been banned the first time he killed someone.

Unbelieveable ! The state of British justice.

Should have got minimum of 10 years and banned from driving for life. :imp:

He should have got that just for the magnet

If he had been given a dangerous driving endorsement (and some porridge, of course) the first time he killed someone he would not have been able to get another HGV driving job and this lady would still be alive.
He obviously has a total disregard for anyone other than himself.
Sympathies to the family of the deceased.

what would happen if things were reversed and this happend in portigal and it was a british driver??

3 points for killing the first person? Wtf is that all about, you get the same for doing 47 on a sc.

I don’t find this case too surprising, the fact it involves a Portugese driver who along with the Spanish have demonstrated for years that they do seem to have eye sight faults.Usually OK driving along some motorway the probs begin when they try to reverse, some thing that usually takes two. With a French driver we sat and watched a Spaniard try to back on a loading bay and he had to get out on many occasions to walk back and see where he was,he obviously couldn’t see the rear of the lorry from the cab.Maybe some one who lives in Spain or Portugal could answer is there a macho prob with drivers indeed men wearing glasses.Seen loads I would consider blind as a bat on the road but don’t actually see many wearing glasses. This guy seems to prove the point.
