How do you gain more HGV experience?

Hello all,

I’m looking for HGV work but not got much experience, I have got C,C+E & full ADR, I have done 5 years in the military with very little HGV driving. Most job adverts I have seen say much have Atleast 1-2 years driving experience. Does anyone know how to get on the ladder?

Your best bet is with the Agencies I would think.

Ok cheers. Does anyone know if agencies put you through your cpc?

Mine does offer 1 and only 1 day course. The rest of the hours you fund your self.
