Sure you can,

  1. Copy and paste the URL of the image into your message.
  2. Select the the whole of the web address you’ve just pasted into your message.
  3. With the link selected hit the Img tab that’s just above the text box where you write your message.

The end result should look like this !(https://www.google.co.uk/Image.jpg[/Img ]

When you review or submit the post the image will show instead of the the address.)
