a good flt drive would get it out.
all tele handler needs to do is get forks it turn wheels right round in turn forcing the pallet sideways .
should told him. well if you cant get it off no point taking it back as how are they supposed get it off then

Looking at the first pic, why have they started unloading from the front?Start from the back, steer forklift right so pallet moves left and out you go.

Just get the forkie to raise the pallet slightly, then pull forward 6”. It’s not bloody rocket science 
Pallets have been around longer than me and so have forklifts that steer
