How Agencies work out your payments?

Hi Everyone,
First of all I am not a VAT register. On the 1st payslip they paid me including a VAT, -2nd payslip they did the same thing with VAT BUT on the 3rd with no VAT at all…I just wanna understand how they work out :confused: ? Any help will do plse.tks

just phone them up mate, they might have made a mistake and realised it on the third payment

normally they pay me (not vat registered) according to my time sheet minus 45min break. some do pay breaks though, and some pay overtime at 1.5. speak to them would be my advice

They take your hourly rate, divide it by 2, deduct your breaks, take some off for admin expenses, tax, national insurance, office costs, advertising, training, PPE, tea coffee & flowers for the office, oh & don’t forget all the Umbrella’s you have to pay for [emoji167]
