It doesn’t really help I’m afraid, if you want to know if you can legally have only reduced weekly rest periods on 2 consecutive weekends you’ll need to trace your weekly rest periods back to when you had 90 hours rest or to when you had a regular weekly rest period mid-week.
If you can’t do that I’d have to suggest having a regular 45 hour weekly rest period this weekend, you could chance it but if you get stopped there’s a chance you could get parked up for 45 hours, it’s not certain but there is a chance of it happening.

Weekly rest isn’t considered to be 90 hours, though I’m sure there’s plenty that would like it to be
The OP needs to know which week the last 45 hour weekly rest period can be counted for because he wants to have only 2 reduced weekly rest periods in 2 consecutive weeks.
In order to know which week the OPs last 45 hour weekly rest period can be counted for he’ll need to trace his weekly rest periods back a while, it can sometimes be sorted by tracing the weekly rests back to a 69 hour rest (regular and reduced back to back weekly rest periods) but it can definitely be sorted out by tracing the weekly rest back to a 90 hour weekly rest period that crosses 2 weeks, or a regular weekly rest period in mid week.
The OP has had a regular weekly rest (A) then …
week 1 - mon to sat work
reduced weekly rest (B) of 40 hours
week 2 - mon to wed work
thu - reduced weekly rest (C) of 35 hours
fri to sun work
week 3 - mon to wed work
thu to sun - regular weekly rest (D)
If weekly rest (A) has been used for the week prior to week 1 then
week 1 has reduced (B)
week 2 has reduced (C)
week 3 had regular (D)
That is illegal
If weekly rest (A) has been used for week 1 then
week 2 has reduced (B)
week 3 has regular (D)
That is legal with weekly rest (C) not used for any week

Saturday prior to week 1 regular rest 45+ hrs

OP - you have to assign a weekly rest for each fixed week and to do so it must be at least 1 minute in that fixed week so it can be used for it
A weekly rest cannot be used twice unless it is at least 69 hour long in which case it can be split into 45 + 24 or if its 90 hours long it can be 45 + 45
This means you need to back track through your weekly rests and see if weekly rest (A) can be used for week 1
We can help with this but you need to list all your weekly rest periods (24 or more hours off) back to a time when you had at least 69 hours off - preferably 90 hours off
Cheers tachograph/rog unfortunately I’ve not been keeping a proper detailed record other than basics to keep me legal, was hoping to get a extra shift or two inn after losing a day and a half due to illness and a smashed window before we broke for xmas.
Cheers guys

Did you have a period of 90+ hours off recently which included sunday midnight
