The induction will count as other work so the most you would be able to legally do would be another 4 days work.

hi thanks not sure if they will ask me to start on the wed after the induction they may say start the following week just wanted to be able to look as if i knew what i was talking about thanks again ,

Don’t let them know that you didn’t know if you could work 7 days straight or not, you may not get a start at all :open_mouth:

If its not on your card you’ll be fine.

firstly, who’s going to know.
but legally, yes you can. providing you finish early on wednesday say 12.00, then start on thursday at 12.00. (24 hours off).
however, let’s say you start your induction at 10am on monday, you will need to park up by 10am sunday. so from a legal point of view, it depends on your start and finish times.

what phil said ^^^^^^^^^^

From start of first shift following weekly rest to finish of last shift before next weekly rest must not exceed 6x 24 hrs = 144 hrs
So whatever time you start on monday you must finish no later on the sunday unless you can squeeze in a 24 reduced break

Who on here isn’t sure?

As Phil said, you can do 10am Monday to 0959 Sunday no probs, also as it’s not on tacho then it’s not recorded, but I doubt any firm worth working for (and willing to do a 2 day induction) would allow it.

Simple answer?? Seriously, you had to ask the question?? All I said is I wouldn’t be asking the question to your future potential employers. :unamused:
