If your working shifts and your rest periods are mid week let’s say your off Fri sat work sun Mon Tues wed Thurs does the Sunday fall into week one 60 hours work period

The 60hr rule is 00.00 monday through to 23.59 Sunday so like me my rest days are mid week so you have to count the hours in that period. When you download your card it tell you then how many hours you worked.

what imm trying to get at is if you work Sun Mon Tues Wed thur Fri as the 60 hr wtd is a fixed week would you be ok doing a 60 hr week from the mond as the sund is the in the previous week ?

if youve been off fri Saturday technically nothing to stop you working 15 hours sun mon and tue.
as sunday will be classed as week 1 then mon tue be week 2
also could do 10 hrs driving for the same 3 days

you need buy and keep a diary really. write down how many hours a day and driving etc you do.
as what ever you work goes from mon to sunday .
then just look in diary and your see how many 10 hours drive 15 hours youve done

Yes Sunday is the Previous week, The 60hr rule starts 00.00 Monday morning. It doesn’t matter what days you have as your weekly rest after midnight on Monday morning you start a fresh.
