That’s perfectly legal but there’s not enough information so say whether or not you will need to start a regular 45 hour weekly rest period before Sunday midnight.

If you’re having Saturday and Sunday off after Christmas you’re definitely good to go.
Without knowing exactly how long you will be off this coming Sunday and next Wednesday it’s hard to be precise but it’s possible that the day off on Wednesday (next week) will act as compensation for the reduced weekly rest period this coming Sunday.
