hours question

If I work 30 hours part time in a non driving job over 3 ten hour shifts then can I drive a couple of days a week with agency?

I’m confused if I can or not.

Agency has said that leaves me with max 30 working hours available per week…

You could drive for 3 days one week and 2 days the next as long as the daily/weekly rests are ok

The other job is under the normal WTD which can be opted out of and I see no way that those 30 hours can be counted for the RT(WT)R but perhaps others have a different viewpoint

Thanks for the reply. Just wanted to be sure.
I plan to keep my part time job of 30 hours a week and drive 2 days per week until I’m ready to go full time.

I agree with Rog. The 30 hours work are under the normal WTD and have no bearing on the Road Transport working time 60 hour weekly maximum.

You will need to watch your weekly rest for drivers hours though.

For today’s attempted murder (shift) I have no brakes on trailer or unit and get barred from site if I vor .what’s the point
