Hourly rates in your area?

Just wondering what hourly pay rates you are seeing in job ads in your area at the minute? South yorkshire - past 15 years its been rock bottom but now seeing plenty ads at £17 an hour day rate and £21 an hour nights. Lots around £13-16.

Most don’t give an hourly rate.
Just what you can earn if you spend most of your life in the truck.
Of the few that do advertise an hourly rate…
Mon-fri flat rate of £13 an hour is the best I’ve seen
