Ooooh I don’t know, a couple of the tipper boys that park next to me in the yard don’t have AC, and one even has the blower stuck on hot too 
they poured themselves out at 16:00, looking dreadful, I’m willing to bet it was way up in the 40s in their cabs!

I was there today too! 36’C according to my truck.
I was there from about 1 'till half two so was probably about the same time.
Try 27 degrees at 5 to three in the morning!! Not to mention, I’ve got to try and sleep through the 30degrees daytime! No wonder I’m cranky!
