Something slightly odd however is looking up their O licence which appears to be OH2054581 - it says new application made 21st April and withdrawn 26th May. Does that mean they were running without an O licence before that?

Yeah, it’d be laughable if it wasn’t so bloody tragic. You’ve got the same problem there as we have over here. Slaps on the wrist won’t make these ■■■■■■■■ behave. Lock 'em up and throw the key away, then at least they won’t do it again after ‘rehabilitation’.

How can a man do all that for so long and not get caught…what is the point of people doing the training and then the driver cpc and what ever other money making course we have to do to work while the likes of him run around with not a care and then finish up killing a person …what is the point …there are no excuses at all

This bloke deserves life. That road has a 60kph limit.

Twice previously, he’s lost his licence for speeding. He is 18yo, he is eligible for a licence at 17yo and has already been suspended for three months, on two occasions. Too stupid to learn. There is photographic evidence of him hooning and driving recklessly, just before he killed five kids aged 16~18.
Probably feign remorse and claim to be the victim, so he can get a smack on the wrist.

He won’t get it though. He’ll claim that it’s destroyed his life and that he has to live with it and some Judge/Magistrate will take pity on him and slap his wrist. He should be wary that one of those kids fathers doesn’t have the same mindset as me.
Exactly Peterm, his lawyer will portray him as a victim and get him an easy sentence.
It doesn’t matter whether it’s six years or eight years, either is too light a sentence if it was one of your own loved ones being killed, considering the new rules
