After 10 weeks and a muddle up over original bank statements , not photo copies ive finally got an email today saying that my first ever O-licence has been granted, great stuff!
Vosa now require £391.00 of me to finalise but although ive not yet put down any vehicle on the vehicle list the form says words along the lines that there is a ; Removal of the each vehicle fee and are in process of transfering this to the annual test fee phasing this in over 2 years with phase 1 already started!
Can any one please explain, Does this now mean we dont have to pay for each and every vehicle either yearly now or 5 yearly??
On the application form it didnt mention this new scheme and it said £48 per vehicle for 1 year or £200 in one go for 5 yrs!
Did i use an old application form or is this a very new scheme? or have i got it totally wrong and i still have to pay per vehicle??
